Weather-Wander Poncho

This poncho was handmade almost seven years ago,

created during an earlier chapter of my making journey.

It hasn’t been worn or taken out much since —

mostly kept safely in the closet —

which is why I’ve decided to let it find a new home now,

rather than keep something beautiful tucked away.

Because of its age, you may notice very light signs of time in places,

not from wear, but from being a handmade piece that’s existed, rested,

and waited patiently.

It’s still in good condition,

fully wearable, cosy, and full of character.

The price reflects that history —

lower than a freshly made artwork,

not because of quality,

but because this piece comes from an earlier moment in time.

A one-of-a-kind poncho with a past,

made for slow walks, changing plans,

and days led by the weather rather than the clock.
